How to make chilli chicken?
Ingredients for chilli chicken recipe:
Boneless chicken 400 grams, green chillies diagonally sliced 1-2, green capsicum, cut into 1/2 inch squares 1 medium, oil one tablespoon for deep frying egg 1, salt to taste, white pepper powder 1 1/4 tbsp, garlic, chopped four tbsp, fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon, cornflour / corn starch 3 tbsp, ginger chopped 1 inch , onion cut into 1/2 inch cubes and layers separated 1 medium,vinegar 1 tbsp,soya sauce 1 tbsp, spring onion greens ,sliced to garnish.
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Take chicken India bowl, break egg and add.Add salt ,1/2 tbsp white pepper powder,2 tbsp garlic and coriander leaves and mix well. Add 3 tablespoons cornflour and mix well
Side the marinated chicken cubes into to hot oil and deep fry til Dil garden brown and Crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan, add remaining garlic and saute for 30seconds. Add ginger and green chillies, mix and saute for 30 seconds. Add onion cubes and green capsicum squares, mix and saute for 30 seconds. Add onion cubes and green capsicum squares mix and saute for 1 minute. Add shirt and white pepper powder and mix well. Add vinegar and soya sauce and mix well. Mix 1 tablespoon corn flour with some water in a a small bowl to make a a smooth slurry. Add 1/2 kab water tu chicken mixture and mix. Add 2 tablespoons slurry, mix and cook till the mixture thickness. Add fried chicken cubes, toss well and cook for 1 or 2 minutes. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
