How to make brinjal curry?

Ingredients
Small brinjal -200grams
Onions 1
Salt
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Turmeric 1/4 tbsp
Tomatoes 2 
Chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Coconut (grated) 2 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tablespoon
Oil for fry
Mustart seeds 1/4 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tbsp
Red chillies 4
Urad daal 1/2 tbsp
Curry leaves 2 tbsp 
Tamarind juice 2 tbsp
Jaggery 1small piece

Heat oil in a pan add onions, salt, Saute it for 2 minutes then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and tomatoes, grated coconut, chilli powder, coriander powder, put the lid on and let it cook for 2 minutes. Then let it cool down, put it into the blender and make a paste. 
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds,red chillies,urad daal, curry leaves, and the prepared paste of onion, tomato and coconut mix. 
This and put the lid on and let it cook for 5 min and tamarind juice, water mix it,add jaggery,once it comes to boil and fried brinjal ,salt mix it well and cook this for few minutes. Then switch off the flame. Serve this with rice or roti.
