How to make dry fruits milk Shake?
Dry fruits milkshake is very popular in Indian restaurants and in the juice centere found in the cities of Mumbai and Delhi it is delicious,packed with nutrients like proten, iron, calcium,and is great for boosting energy levels. You can also drink the milk shake during fasting or Virat seasons. This milk shake is very filling so i usually skip a meal after drinking it. It is also ideal for growing kids and can be used to substitute energy drink.
Almonds 10, cashew 10, pistas 20, raisins 20, 8 dates,1/8 tbsp saffron, 3/4 cup milk for soking,3/4 cup to be freezed prev night, chopped nuts and few starands saffron for garinish.
Get all Yuva ingredients ready sock everything in milk for or at least 15 minutes set aside.
Now to mixer jar add soaked nuts and dry fruits along with that milk grind to a paste. Bow add fozen milk and blend until smooth and frothy.
Sarve children with nuts and saffron garnished.
