how to make halwa?

Ingredients Cornflour 50 grams Sugar 200 grams Ghee 100 grams Cardamom powder 1 tablespoon Cashewnuts 1/2 cup Water 125 ml Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Food colour  1/4 tbsp Take a bowl add sugar and water bring it boil. Add lemon juice.  In small bowl add water to cornflour mix well so that it doesn't  from any lumps.  In a non stick pan add ghee do not swich on the flame now add cornflour mixture to it mix,now switch on the flame very low. When the mixture is thinking swich of the flame and add sugar surip little by little and keep mixing to avoid lumps repeat the same till suripe is completed. Now switch on the flame and keep mixing now add ghee very slowly keep mixing repeat the same process till the ghee is completed. Now add colour, cardamom powder cook till ghee is oozeing out, now add broken chashew nuts till mix well once it is done transfer it to a plate. Grease the plate ghee and pore the mixture keep a side for 1 hour and cut into small pieces....

How to make badam halwa?

Ingredients: 3 cups almonds, 4 table spoons ghee,milk cup, saffron 1/2 tbsp, 3 cups sugar , yellow food colour.  Soak almonds for 2 hours peel off the the skin before preparing this dish or boy boil them for 30 minutes incase of last minute preparation. Put the peeled  almonds in a blender and  add milk to it. It should be enough to cover them. Blend it into a coares paste. Avoid thin texture of paste due to excessof milk. Heat the pan& add 2 tbsp ghee to it.As ghee melts add badam mixture and give a quick stir. Add sugar keeping then adding it to the badam mixture. Constantly stir the mixture as it can stick & bottom. Add saffron & constantly stir as it boils from bottom. Add the food colour and additional tablespoon of ghee while it's boiling. Constant stilling is  a must til ghee starts oozing out. Once halva separates out ghee its time to put it in  a container & halva is ready to  be served garnish it with grated almonds....
