How to make vanilla icecream?
Ingredients:
Milk 1 litter, Sugar 1 cup, 2 tablespoons vennila essence, corn floor 1/2 tbsp, 1 cup fresh cream.
Take a small bowl and add corn flour and 4 tablespoons milk, stir into a smooth paste. Cold milk or lumps will be formed mix well. Take a vessel and boil the milk. Milk does not stick to the the bottom.
Reduce the milk to half. This will ensure that your ice cream turn out to be creamy. Now add it the corn flour and milk mixture. Stirling occasionally. Now add the the sugar. allow the milk to reduce milk thickness the flame to low. Add fresh cream and vennila essence and milk well. After mixing turn off the flame. And the mixture into an aluminium container cover the container with an aluminium foil and freeze for 6 hours. Remove from the freezer and pour the mixture into a blender and blend still smooth. Transfer the mixture back same aluminium container. Freeze 10 hours or till set the vanilla ice cream.
