How to make mutton biriyani ?

Ingredients
Mutton 500 grams, basmati rice 500 g, cashew 50 grams, badam 50 grams, whole Biryani spices, fried onions, oil, curd cup, Shahi jeera 2 tablespoons, ginger garlic paste, pudina one cup, coriander leaves chopped, green chillies 10, saffron milk. 

Now to a mixer and add pudina ,one spoon shahi jeera ,coriander leaves, curd, ginger garlic grainde to a smooth paste. Now add the paste with mutton mix well  be freezed 1 hour. After 1 hour heat oil fry cashew till it colour changes keep a side. Now add 2 bay leafs,4 pod cardamom, 5 loves add the soaked mutton not add water. The motton cooks forther keeping the flame on low.  Take others bowl 1. 5 litters water add shahijeera,whole Biryani spices and chopped coriander leaves ,green chillies, pudina, salt,one tbsp oil reduce the water add basmathi rice. Rice cook 60% one leyar rice and one leyar mutton top rice and add fried onions, coriander leaves,mint leaves and saffron milk , cashew garnish well covered with plate. Now keeping the flame on low cook 30 minutes. After 15 minutes serve the mutton biriyani with raitha.
