how to make halwa?

Ingredients Cornflour 50 grams Sugar 200 grams Ghee 100 grams Cardamom powder 1 tablespoon Cashewnuts 1/2 cup Water 125 ml Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Food colour  1/4 tbsp Take a bowl add sugar and water bring it boil. Add lemon juice.  In small bowl add water to cornflour mix well so that it doesn't  from any lumps.  In a non stick pan add ghee do not swich on the flame now add cornflour mixture to it mix,now switch on the flame very low. When the mixture is thinking swich of the flame and add sugar surip little by little and keep mixing to avoid lumps repeat the same till suripe is completed. Now switch on the flame and keep mixing now add ghee very slowly keep mixing repeat the same process till the ghee is completed. Now add colour, cardamom powder cook till ghee is oozeing out, now add broken chashew nuts till mix well once it is done transfer it to a plate. Grease the plate ghee and pore the mixture keep a side for 1 hour and cut into small pieces. 

How to make prawns pulao?

Ingredients Basmati rice 500 grams Prawns 200 grams 1 onion medium, sliced thinly Gingar, garlic paste 1 tablespoon green chillies Garam masala 1/2 Red chilli powder1/4 Pinch turmeric Salt Coconut milk 3 tbsp Oil Lemon juice 2 tbsp Whole spices 1 small bay leaf,3 green cardamom,4 cloves, 2 inch cinnamon stick,1/2 tbsp Shahi jeera,1 star flower, 1 strand mace.  Wash and sock rice for 30 minutes. Cook it rice till at dente. You can also add few drops of oil to the rice to keep the rice grainy. Rice should be grainy fully cooked but not mushy. Devein and clean prawns. Rinse them well. You can also so  wash them in venegar to remove the fishy smell.  Drain them completely and set aside. While the rice soaks and cooks you can marinate prawns with ginger garlic paste,garam masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric.  Heat a pan with oil and saute all the pulao spices until fragrant. How to make prawns fry?

Ingredients Prawns 500 grams Turmeric 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder 2 tbsp Coriander powder 1.5 tbsp Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp Salt ,oil 2 tbsp, coriander leaves chopped 5 tbsp.  Heat oil In a pan. Add the prawns and fry on low heat once the prawns turns light golden brown. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry 2 min. Now mix and fry high heat for 2 minutes. Add the turmeric powder, and salt and mix and fry little browned. Till fry and prawns is nearly tender. Now add coriander powder, cumin powder,garam masala powder  ,red chilli powdergive a mix and fry on medium heat for 5 minutes. Lastly granish with chopped coriander leaves mix and serve hot.

Ingredients Prawns medium size (cleaned and deveined) 500 grams gross 300 grams net 2 Onions find chopped Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoons 2 tomatoes fine chopped Green chillies slit and cut 2  Slat, turmeric 1/4, red chilli powder 2 tablespoons, coriander powder 1/4 tbsp, cumin powder 1/2, garam masala 1/2 , coconut milk 1 cup, coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon,oil 2 tbsp.  Heat oil In a kadai and add the chopped onions. Fry on medium to low heat till translucent 8 minutes. And then add the greet chillies. Add the gingar garlic paste. Mix and fry around 2 minutes till raw smell is gone. Add the chopped tomatoes, mix and add the salt. Cook for around 5 minutes. Till tomatoes are soft. Add all the powders other then garam masala powder. Mix and add 1/2 cup of water. Bhuno on medium for around 3 minutes. Till the masalas are cooked. Now add the prawns and mix well. Fry for around 5 minutes on medium heat. Add the coconut milk,let it come to a boil, lower the heat to low

How to make brinjal curry?

Ingredients Small brinjal -200grams Onions 1 Salt Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon Turmeric 1/4 tbsp Tomatoes 2  Chilli powder 1 tablespoon Coconut (grated) 2 tbsp Coriander Powder 1 tablespoon Oil for fry Mustart seeds 1/4 tbsp Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tbsp Red chillies 4 Urad daal 1/2 tbsp Curry leaves 2 tbsp  Tamarind juice 2 tbsp Jaggery 1small piece Heat oil in a pan add onions, salt, Saute it for 2 minutes then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and tomatoes, grated coconut, chilli powder, coriander powder, put the lid on and let it cook for 2 minutes. Then let it cool down, put it into the blender and make a paste.  Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds,red chillies,urad daal, curry leaves, and the prepared paste of onion, tomato and coconut mix.  This and put the lid on and let it cook for 5 min and tamarind juice, water mix it,add jaggery,once it comes to boil and fried brinjal ,salt mix it well and cook this for few minutes. How to make baby corn manchuriyaa?

Ingredients Baby corn -250 grams All purpose flour 1 tbsp Corn starch 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon Salt Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon Soya sauce 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tbsp Sping onions 1 tablespoon Take a bowl add all purpose flour. Cornstarch, ginger garlic paste, salt, water mix this like is a thick batter. In in this add baby corn,sesame seeds, Mix it well , half fry the baby corns in the midium hot oil and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan add garlic chopped saute it add chilly flakes, tomato ketchup, Soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt,add the baby corns toss it and add sping onions mix it well. 

How to make mutton Rogan Josh ?

Ingredients Mutton 500 grams Black cardamom-4 Cinnamon cardamom-6 Mace 2 Cumin seeds-1/4 tbsp Saffron pinch Kashmir chilli powder -1 1/2 tbsp Ginger powder -1/2 tbsp Fennel seed powder- 1/4 tbsp Hing pinch Ghee- 2 tby Turmeric optional -1/2 tbsp,salt.  Take a bowl add hing, Kashmir chilli powder, Ginger powder, fennel seed powder, water and mix well. Take blender in this add cinnt sticks, green cardamom,mace, cumin seeds, make a coares powder. Heat ghee a pan add black cardamom add meet pieces, cook it in a slaw flame till meat is brown in colour and add mixture of Kashmir chilli, saffron, water, salt mix this well. Put the lid on let it cook for 45 min till the meat is tender in this add made masala powder mix it well and let it cook for 30 minutes. Serve this naan, basmati rice.
